GENERAL MEMBERSHIP
If your child misses a full week due to illness, injury, or travel, we’ve got you covered.
You can either:
Roll sessions into the following week for a make-up
Pause your membership in full-week blocks
To keep things fair for all members:
Please notify us before the missed week (or within 5 days)
Backdating is only available with a medical certificate
Just contact our team and we’ll handle it for you.
We offer two options, but most families choose to sign up in person — because it’s faster and easier.
When you come in, we’ll:
Walk you through the program
Help you choose the right sessions
Set up your GymMaster app
Show you exactly how bookings work
You can also sign up online, but in-person onboarding ensures everything is set up properly from day one.
All bookings are managed through the GymMaster app.
Once you’re signed up:
You’ll receive your login details automatically
Our team can guide you through everything in person
You can set recurring bookings to lock in your child’s spot each week
Most families set this once and never worry about it again.
Our Strength & Conditioning program is designed to build strong, confident, and resilient athletes.
Depending on age and level, sessions focus on:
Sprint technique
Jumping and landing mechanics
Mobility and coordination
Foundational strength
Game-based movement challenges
The goal is simple:
👉 Improve performance while reducing injury risk.
Junior S&C (Ages 8–12)
Focuses on:
Building coordination and confidence
Learning fundamental movement patterns
Developing body awareness
Keeping training engaging and fun
